Bill: I was crushed to find that Dead Dog burned to the ground 2/22. We had so many fun times watching you perform. It was great to see you in Key West. When we decided to make the trip, the first thing Steffen and I did was check to see if you were going to be there. I am so glad that we got to catch part of your show. You have a great sense of timing and wit, without being nasty. It takes a great intellect to be able to pull that off. I hope it works out that you come to Kansas for SteffÕs wedding. That will be a hoot (as we say here in Kansas).

Hey Bil,
It was great to see you. Sorry we didn't "warn" you we were coming. We haven't had much free time lately and we decided pretty last minute to get away while we had the chance. As usual, you accomplished the near impossible and made us forget about all of our life stress and responsibility for a few days. Thank You!!! Love the new chicken jacks in the street.
We knew when we booked such a late flight home Monday night, we would be hurting the next day but of course, the extra few hours in Key West was worth it. We got home 30 minutes after midnight to a nasty skunk smell and my mother in our house acting like a crazy person becasue she and the two dogs had a surprise encounter with that skunk. Giving your mother and dogs a de skunk bath at 1 am after 9 hours of travel is definitly the universe's way of letting you know your vacation is over!!!! Back to work today but we know we can't go so long in between trips again so hopefully we will see you again soon! Maybe Myrtle Beach next time.
